Shlomo Ben-Haim

Shlomo Ben-Haim, the founder of Hobart Group, is an entrepreneur in the field of medical technology with a long and successful record of exits. He is co-founder of a number of successful medical device and biomedical companies, covering the fields of cardiology, obesity, esthetics and cosmetics, anti-viral medications, deep vein thrombosis prevention, therapy for limb ischemia, and post-stroke and sports injuries rehabilitation. Adrian Gilmore

Adrian Gilmore, CEO of MetaCure, is a proven business leader with more than 20 years’ experience of working for globally renowned organizations, including BD, Bayer, Terumo and, most recently, CSP Technologies. The early part of his career was spent primarily in sales, marketing and business development roles, before moving into general management and organizational leadership positions.

Valentin Matillon

Valentin Matillon, Senior Director of Finance at Hobart Group, brings over 20 years’ experience in senior financial management at high tech and leading businesses including Hewlett-Packard and SITA. He focuses on increasing shareholder value by driving global operational excellence. Valentin holds a Finance BA from INSEEC and an MS from Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Simos Kedikoglou

Simos Kedikoglou is CEO of Impulse Dynamics and former Corporate Vice President of Business Development for Boston Scientific, with responsibility for acquisitions, licensing and distribution deals in the US, Europe and Asia. He served as Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, focusing on acquisitions in pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Andrew Walker

Andrew Walker, Finance Director of Hobart Group, has held senior financial positions in a number of professional services firms and consultancy businesses, including BSI Medical Devices. Andrew brings a wealth of experience in working with startup businesses, forming robust processes to complement rapid growth. He is a UK Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Ashridge Business school.
